The process includes 7 steps: collection, validation, processing, unification, consolidation, analysis and its development. It provides a weekly market indicator (from the macro to the micro). It includes:
- Newsletters ( General or per retailer executive resumes)
- Lines of products, stores, regions and inventory analysis
SIR – Sell In Report
Once the Retailer systems provide the data, ¨ the Producer or Wholesaler's sales and Inventory Report¨ is produced. This report analyses the transfer of products both to Chains and Retailers.
Its process includes 7 steps: collection, validation, processing, unification, consolidation, analysis and its development.
It is aimed at ¨controlling the imprecise inventory and at having the products available – both in time and form- when needed¨. (It works jointly with SOR). It provides a weekly business report (from the macro to the micro). It includes:
- Newsletters (General o per retailer executive resumes)
- Lines of Products, stores, regions and inventory analysis
MEYC – Events and Campaign measurement
Through different data collecting methods arising from different sources such as polls, interviews, videos, pictures, mystery shopper, the client is provided with ¨tools¨ that help him understand the market for strategic decision making.
- Data base and Result Reports including proposals to generate more.
MEDIA TRACKER
Advertising Report on printed media that controls our client ´s products as well as those of the competitors´. The analysis of variables as well as the media investment, areas (cm2), prices of products, advertisers and distributors are taken into account.
BOM Tracker
Regarding the distributors, resellers and the Grey Market ´s list of prices, price fluctuations of products in different markets are analyzed.
