HR Selection is the service encompassing human resources selection processes for our clients. After thoroughly analyzing the requested technical-professional profiles, HRO area carries out a detailed search in order to find the right people. Our objective is to guarantee the success in this searching process for each case we are presented with.

Afterwards, HR Selection presents the client with a candidate shortlist that meets the profile demands. This shortlist may include from 2 to 6 people. Should the client not be satisfied with these candidates, it is possible to ask HRO for a new shortlist.

Highly specialized in diverse candidate assessment and evaluation techniques, our human resources professional team carries out all personal selection evaluations. Psychological-technical tests may be carried out on client’s demand.
