Training Solutions is the service encompassing all training programs administered by Marco Consultora for our client's personnel development.

Training Solutions is focused on the development of training activities for human capital growth and management.

Training sessions can be administered specifically for different areas or on a general level. This way, the service not only includes the client’s direct resources but is also targeted at indirect personnel such as Partners, partner businesses or Sales Channels, such as Sales staff.

Training Solutions is therefore a work team with experience in the design and implementation of training programs for several areas, namely: Sales, Negotiation, Marketing and Customer Service, among others.

Training programs are customized considering each client’s requirements. Training Solutions offers two types of training: "Presence Courses" or distance learning, "E-learning" courses.

The syllabus to the courses can also be customized considering specific needs. Courses include theoretical material, examples and exercises, case studies and didactic material.

Finally, the objective of personnel training is to foster professional skills and competences of the working team in order to meet the company’s targets. Training Solutions believes that a qualified person can solve everyday situations at the workplace more successfully, thus contributing to the correct functioning of the company.
